Fill out the Start a Return form or use your order history in My Account. An email confirmatino will be sent to you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your product.

Purchases made may be returned by mail with an original recipt within 30 days of purchase. Purchases returned within this time fram will be refunded in original form of payment.

Insert your printed Return Authorization paperwork inside your box. Make sure to pack your item(s) securely so there is no damage to the returned product during transit. You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed. When choosing your shipper, we recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any return shipping costs are non-refundable.
